Powder painting

 

Our second pillar is professional powder coating. This is the most effective and environmentally friendly painting method, ensuring high surface quality and durable anti-corrosion protection.

We have a young and ambitious team, so we are able to achieve high work efficiency while maintaining high quality of painted elements. We are flexible and can adapt to customer requirements.

We use products from renowned companies such as IGP Pulvertechnik, Tiger and Kabe.

We powder coat the following types of materials:

• Black steel
• Galvanized steel
• Stainless steel
• Aluminium

 

We make single or multi-layer coatings using RAL, DB, NCS palettes and non-standard effects, for example:

• Duplex coatings
• Metallic coatings
• Anti-graffiti coatings
• Antique coatings
• Thermoplastic coatings

 

The maximum dimensions of the elements that we can paint are 7000x1500x2000 (length x width x height).

We are able to make larger elements in cooperation.

We specialize in small and medium series while maintaining a high standard.

To confirm high-level quality management, we have implemented the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and received the TÜV NORD certificate.
