Bending pipes and profiles

 

A large part of our production involves bending pipes and profiles. For this reason, we have equipped ourselves with comprehensive bending knowledge, high-class machines and a full set of tools that allow us to bend a full range of pipes, profiles and hot-rolled sections.

The mandrel bender can bend pipes and profiles with a small radius while maintaining the original cross-sectional shape. Bending parameters:

• fi90 mm with a 2 mm wall

Using a three-roller bending machine, we perform bends with a smaller radius and a larger diameter of the bent element:

• pipe diameter 180 mm
• solid material, diameter 80 mm
•  IPE 180

Complementing the scope of processing, we have boxing presses and universal shears for processing angles, channels, T-sections and I-sections.
